UnitTrak has been updated with the following new and updated features:
- New Lease Summary reports – UnitTrak now includes detailed lease summary reports for all types of leases you track including active units, closed units, and new projects. Each report includes relevant unit data and the most current lease data for that unit. You can access these reports a couple of different ways.
- Navigate to the Unit Details of your open unit or closed unit and then click on the Lease Information tab. There is a link to the lease summary at the bottom of this page.
- Navigate to the Lease module and choose your lease list (Active leases, terminated leases). You can further filter the lease list with the drop down menu at the top left to just see leases for Open Units, closed units, etc. At the far right of the list is a “Summary” link for each lease, clicking on this will display the Summary report
- In each case, the report will first display on your screen, to access the formatted pdf report, select Export -> Export to pdf
- Continued improvements to lease handling throughout unit lifecycle to ensure proper tracking as the status of each unit evolves
- Updates to data exports and additional reports
- Updates to role permissions and handling for new lease module elements
